Websites Built to Support Your Mission, Not Drain Your Time or Budget

Mission & Audience Focused

Your website should clearly explain who you are, why your work matters, and how people can support it. I take time to understand your mission, constituents, and goals, then design and build a site that makes it easy for people to donate, join, volunteer, sign up, or take action.

Solid & Accessible Platform

Most organizations I work with do not have a dedicated web team. I build sites on a reliable, user-friendly platform with a clean structure and clear editing tools, and I provide straightforward training so staff or volunteers can manage updates confidently as roles change.

Direct & Reliable Partnership

Clear communication matters when timelines are tight and resources are limited. You work directly with me from start to finish. I provide clear scope, realistic timelines, and honest guidance, without unnecessary complexity or agency overhead, and have been for over a decade.

Yes. I work almost exclusively with mission-driven organizations and committees that need websites to support fundraising, outreach, advocacy, and engagement.

Yes. I build sites that integrate cleanly with donation platforms, membership systems, and email tools commonly used by nonprofits and campaigns.

Yes. I design sites with clarity and simplicity so new staff or volunteers can step in without a steep learning curve. Before the initial launch of your site, I will host a virtual training session for those responsible for content updates and will provide the recordings and any other training documentation. Further virtual training is always an option for when staff or volunteers turnover or need a refresher.

Yes. I am experienced in working with political committees and understand the importance of clarity, accuracy, accessibility, and careful handling of public-facing content. I have over 15 years of experience working with political candidates, campaign committees, and political action committees in technology, communications, budgeting, finance, and general organizational development and regulatory compliance.

Yes. I regularly support organizations working toward fixed dates such as launches, elections, conferences, or fundraising drives. The templates, tooling, and integrations required to execute these initiatives successfully will be included in the initial scope of work for your project. They can quickly be used to support multiple or annual occurrences.

I use a proven, widely supported platform that balances flexibility, security, and ease of use. That platform is WordPress, which powers over 43% of websites online today, including Time Magazine, Salesforce, Harvard, Taylor Swift, NASA, and the White House (under both Democratic and Republican administrations). Additionally, I integrate premium plugins to extend WordPress’s capabilities and achieve goals specific to your needs. Further, you maintain full ownership of your website at all times and retain that ownership and ability to keep it online, independent of your relationship with me.

Yes. I design sites so non-technical staff or volunteer users can confidently update content, events, and messaging. I’ll do so while maintaining the website’s overall security by assigning user roles and permissions based on users’ work needs.

Yes. I help organize your content so visitors quickly understand your mission and know how to take the next step. Working together, we can audit the content on your existing website, and I can provide recommendations for improvement based on audit data, best practices, and my experience.

Pricing is based on scope and complexity. I provide clear deliverables upfront and design solutions that respect budget realities. I may have packages available tailored to nonprofit organizations, political campaigns, or political committees that streamline website design and development and reduce financial investment. Typically, you should expect engagements with me to start at about $4,000, including the design and development of a basic website, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing design, development, and consulting for one year. The investment in larger, more complex websites will obviously depend on their size and complexity. The best way to understand your investment level when working with me is to schedule a free consultation so I can learn more about your project and we can determine whether I’m the best fit to help you accomplish your goals.

I offer optional support and maintenance, but you are never locked in. You retain full ownership and control of your website. You can choose whether to have me host and maintain your website and whether to retain me for ongoing design, development, and consulting related to your site.
